Bora & Co Construction is a family owned and operated construction and renovation company in Lynnwood near the Seattle, WA area. The company was founded by three brothers, Cornel, Gabriel and Jonny, all coming from a construction background. Together, we offer many years of experience and infinite construction knowledge. As licensed, bonded and insured contractors, we have successfully completed hundreds of quality builds and renovation projects from Lynnwood to Mercer Island and the Seattle, WA area, both residential and commercial.

Over the years, we have built a reputation based on high quality build, designs, integrity, professionalism, and management skills. We turn any kitchen, bathroom, master suite, addition or office renovation dream into reality by using the best quality craftsmanship and products while managing deadlines and budgets effectively. Our experienced project managers will handle your renovation from the initial quote all the way through the final walk through. Our mission is to ensure that each client’s project turns out exactly how they envisioned it.



Co-Founder & CEO
Cornel, who co-founded Bora & Co Construction, has extensive knowledge and experience in the construction process and management which has helped build his reputation of professionalism, quality builds and integrity in the Greater Seattle, WA area. He's also known to have achieved great quality construction by working diligently and meticulously with his team, demanding superior craftsmanship. Throughout the years, he's also gained a wealth of expertise by directly managing many of the company's most innovative and challenging projects. His approach to construction, from estimating to cost control to meeting deadlines, has not only made him a trusted partner over the years but also one of Seattle area's favorite general contractor.


Co-Founder & CFO
As the oldest brother, Gabriel started caring for, and serving the community early on by choosing a path in pastoral ministry to manifest his love for people. He always had a keen passion for construction, team building and finances which led him to co-found the company with his brothers. Using his innate people skills, love for others and an extraordinary ability to stay focused, the transition was perfectly natural and created a winning combination. As the company continues to grow exponentially, Gabriel keeps playing an instrumental role as he excels at building long-term relationships with our strategic partners, staff and clients alike.

Jonny is the youngest brother of the three. Taking after his older siblings, he has proven to be just as hard working and committed which has made him an invaluable pillar of our building process. His work ethics and energy is second to none, his leadership is exemplary and he truly enjoys working in a team environment. While interacting with our construction team, Jonny treats every detail and steps of the construction process diligently to ensure that each project meets our clients' quality and standards as well as our company's.

As licensed, bonded and insured contractors providing construction and project management services, and as the owners of Bora Construction, we agree to conduct ourselves and our business in accordance with the following Code of Ethics:

Duty to the Public

– We will be fair, honest, impartial, respectful and professional, and act in good faith in all our business relationships with our clients and the public, including employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
– We will always act in the interests of the client unless doing so violates a law, statute or this Code of Ethics.
– We will not discriminate in any business activities on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, familial status or handicap, and will comply with all federal, state and local laws concerning discrimination and fair housing.
– We will be truthful regarding our training, experience, qualifications and services.
– We will be truthful regarding our licenses and certifications, and will provide documentation upon request.
– We will be truthful regarding our bonding and insurance coverage.
– We will accept only assignments and projects for which our skills and licensing are commensurate.
– We will uphold and comply with all governing codes, government and municipal statutes and rules, and professional licensing requirements of the jurisdiction in which we conduct business, especially those related to safety.
– We will not engage in any practices that could be damaging to the public, including providing or promoting any building materials, products or techniques that are known to us to be defective, substandard, or likely to cause harm. If such knowledge that is relevant to the project comes to our attention following contract execution and/or project commencement, we will take all necessary steps to notify all relevant parties and engage in immediate mitigation efforts, as we deem appropriate.
– We will strive at all times to promote high-quality and safe building materials, products and techniques.
– We will provide a timely and appropriate response to all items and workmanship covered under warranty.
– We will use generally-accepted accounting principles in relation to all of our financial transactions and reporting.
– We will not engage in any deceptive practice or any practice that creates an unfair advantage for our company or other party.
– We will compete fairly for projects and contracts, and have no undisclosed conflict of interest with the client or with any party to the project or any transactions thereto.
– We will not accept any undisclosed commission, rebate, profit, or other benefit from any party to the project.
– We will not provide any undisclosed commission, rebate, profit, or other benefit to any party to the project, including for purposes of receiving referrals if connected to the project.
– We will respect our client’s right to confidentiality with regard to financial and other details whose disclosure to other parties is not required for the advancement and completion of the project without the client’s prior written consent, except where it may affect the safety of others or violates a law or statute.
– We will negotiate fairly and openly with our clients for reasonable compensation, and charge fees and expenses that are reasonable and commensurate with the services and materials to be provided and the responsibilities and risks to be assumed. We will use a written contract that specifies the services to be performed, limitations of services, and expenses and fees, and will adhere to both the letter and the spirit of such contract.
– We will meet all financial and contractual obligations in a timely and responsible manner.
– Should conflicts arise, we will seek to have such disputes negotiated, including mediation or arbitration via an impartial third party, before resorting to litigation.

Duty to the Industry

– We will uphold the integrity and dignity of our profession and not engage in any practices that could bring discredit to the construction industry.
– We will seek to make a reasonable profit, but not at the expense of safety or workmanship.
– We will uphold the conventions of our profession and will provide our services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
– We will comply with all the laws and regulations that govern its practice in the state of Washington.
– We will strive to engage in professional training and stay up to date with professional development, as well as news, notices and recalls that affect my industry and our clients.
– We will not knowingly violate any law, statute or regulation in the performance of our professional services.
– We will not maliciously or recklessly injure or attempt to injure, directly or indirectly, the professional reputation of others.
– We will engage in ethical business practices that put safety and quality foremost.
– We will seek to be a good steward of the environment in all of our business and contracting practices.
